When You Can Get a Refund
Changed your mind
You can cancel and request a refund at any time before we source your vehicle.
Vehicle not available
If the specific vehicle you reserved is no longer available and you don't want a substitute, full refund guaranteed.
Price disagreement
If the final quoted price differs significantly from the listed price and you choose not to proceed, full refund.
Any other reason
We don't require a reason. If you're not satisfied, simply contact us and we'll process your refund.
How to Request a Refund

We verify your payment
Our team confirms your deposit record in our system.
Refund processed within 5–10 business days
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit/debit card) via Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank.
Refund Timeline
After Vehicle is Sourced
Once we have physically sourced and purchased your specific vehicle at auction on your behalf, the $99 deposit may be applied toward your total purchase price rather than refunded. We will always notify you before taking this step and confirm your commitment.

This refund policy applies to the $99 USD reservation deposit paid through CarHappy's Stripe-powered checkout. It does not apply to full vehicle purchase payments or shipping deposits made outside this system.
CarHappy Japan (株式会社卓越移動) reserves the right to update this policy. The current version is effective as of March 2025.
